4. Payments & Earnings

  • Creators set their own subscription or content prices.

  • Payouts are subject to processing fees and platform commissions.

  • Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). XciteUs is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party services.

  • Users agree not to dispute valid payments after accessing content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use XciteUs for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

  • Harass, threaten, or exploit other users.

  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful software.

  • Copy, record, or redistribute creator content without permission.

6. Termination of Accounts

  • XciteUs may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Users may close their accounts at any time.

  • Termination does not remove obligations for outstanding payments or legal issues.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and designs on XciteUs are the property of the platform or respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • XciteUs provides services “as is” and “as available.”

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • XciteUs is not responsible for damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the last 3 months by the affected user.
